It Works

Since it’s a small gym and there’s not much to tour, we don’t have a front desk and DO NOT do walk in registrations. No exceptions. Must register AT LEAST TWO HOURS IN ADVANCE

That said, you are welcome to stop by the gym to take a look! Just make sure there’s classes on the schedule (review on the scheduling tab) at the time you’d like to visit. Otherwise, the gym is closed!

Our classes average 4-6 people and are capped at 6 or 8 ppl (depending on age group) so everyone gets 1on1 attention. We also do 1on1 training but it's more expensive. Select the 1on1 training tab to get in contact about that.

Again, everything is registration in advance so that coaches have an expectation of who’s going to be present and so that we can make sure space is available.

After you book the $30 discounted first classes ($20 for family of 3 or more) if you want to sign up for membership you can book your classes from the FIGHTshapeFIT app based on what works for your schedule that week.

Maintenance Program: 4x/mo - $140/mo

  • Description: Perfect if you're getting started or just want to stay moving. This keeps your body engaged and builds a foundation, but results will depend on what you do outside the gym
  • Best for:
    • Beginners easing in
    • Busy schedules
    • Maintenance, not transformation

**Note: Most members move beyond this once they're ready for real progress.

Consistency Program: 6x/mo - $189/mo

  • Description: Designed to help you lock in a routine. You'll start to feel better, move better, and build consistency, but results come faster with more frequency.
  • Best for:
    • Getting back into fitness
    • Building discipline
    • People not ready for 2x/week yet.

**Note: Step into Progress when you're ready to see noticeable changes

Progress Program: 8x/mo - $209/mo

  • Description: This is where things start to change. With consistent effort (and support outside the gym), you'll build conditioning, improve skill, and start seeing visible results.
  • Best for:
    • People serious about getting shape
    • Fat loss + conditioning goals
    • Skill development

**Note: most members who want real results train at this level.

Performance Program (Unlimited)- $259/mo

  • Description: For those ready to fullly commit. More reps, more exposure, faster improvement. This is where your conditioning, skill and confidence accelerate.
  • Best for:
    • Highly motivated clients
    • Faster results
    • Skill mastery + conditioning

**Note: The more you train, the faster you evolve.

Elite Coaching/Accelerator - $359/mo

  • Description: Personalized guidance, accountability, and structure layered on top of your training. Designed for those who want maximum results in minimum time. Includes nutrition guidance/accountability from a National Board Certified Nutritionist.
  • Best for:
    • Busy professionals (30-55)
    • Plateau breakers
    • High accountability seekers

‼️ Payment auto renews and classes reset on your BILL DATE using CC on file. Classes are NOT allocated based on monthly calendar

‼️ If you no-show, you LOSE THE SESSION are subject to a fee if repeated. If you late cancel you LOSE THE SESSION

❌ Classes DO NOT roll over unless due to special circumstances communicated professionally (emergency, sickness, military/first responder commitments, etc.)
