Since it’s a small gym and there’s not much to tour, we don’t have a front desk and DO NOT do walk in registrations. No exceptions. Must register AT LEAST TWO HOURS IN ADVANCE
That said, you are welcome to stop by the gym to take a look! Just make sure there’s classes on the schedule (review on the scheduling tab) at the time you’d like to visit. Otherwise, the gym is CLOSED!
Our classes average 4-6 people and are capped at 6 or 8 ppl (depending on age group) so everyone gets 1on1 attention. We also do 1on1 training but it's more expensive. Select the 1on1 training tab to get in contact about that.
Again, everything is registration in ADVANCE so that coaches have an expectation of who’s going to be present and so that we can make sure space is available.
After you book the $30 discounted first classes ($20 for family of 3 or more) if you want to sign up for membership you can book your classes from the FIGHTshapeFIT app based on what works for your schedule that week.

Me and My Shadow (Ages 3-4)
These classes are designed to help your 3-4 year old build fundamental movement skills and coordination, while learning through play and helping them develop the resilience needed to be a great athlete/boxer, all while spending quality time with you!
Your participation is required. This is NOT a workout for parents.
Boxing classes (Ages 5+)
Classes are designed for non competitive boxing skills and fitness development. Kids who show consistency, dedication and love for the sport will be considered for competitive boxing training if desired.
We currently do sparring once a week (ages 12+ only) and we will give you notice if they are ready for that:

We offer 45MIN YOUTH (ages 8-12) boxing
We offer TEEN FIT (athletic strength and conditioning) classes:
