Ages 5+ boxing classes are designed for non-competitive boxing skills and fitness development.
We currently do sparring once a week (ages 12+ only) and we will give you notice if they are ready for that:
FIT: Training designed to build muscle, mobility, movement capacity and conditioning. NO BOXING.
BOX: Focused on boxing basics and fundamentals. Beginner friendly.
FIGHT+FIT: A combination of strength training and boxing training. Beginner friendly.
ALL of the classes are designed to help you tone and lose weight.
