Me and My Shadow  (Ages 3-4)

  • Saturdays @ 11:30 AM
    These classes are designed to help your 3-4 year old build fundamental movement skills and coordination, while learning through play and helping them develop the resilience needed to be a great athlete/boxer, all while spending quality time with you! Your participation is required. This is NOT a workout for parents.

Ages 5+ boxing classes are designed for non-competitive boxing skills and fitness development.

We currently do sparring once a week (ages 12+ only) and we will give you notice if they are ready for that:

We offer 30MIN LITTLE (ages 5-7) Boxing

  • Mondays: 6:30pm
  • Tuesdays: 5:15pm
  • Wednesdays: 5:45pm
  • Thursdays: 5:15pm
  • Fridays: 5:45pm
  • Saturdays: 10:15a, 10:45a, 1pm

We offer 45MIN YOUTH (ages 8-12) boxing

  • Mondays: 5:45pm
  • Tuesdays: 5:45pm
  • Thursdays: 5:45pm
  • Fridays: 6:15pm
  • Saturdays: 10:15am, 1:30pm

‍We offer TEEN FIT (athletic strength and conditioning) classes:

  • Tuesdays: 5:45pm
  • Thursdays 5:45pm

We offer 45MIN TEEN (13-17) boxing

  • Mondays at 5:45pm
  • Tuesdays at 6:30pm
  • Wednesdays: 6:30pm
  • Thursdays: 6:30pm
  • Fridays at 6:15pm
  • Saturdays at 9:30am

Women LED (NOT women “only”) classes are held:

  • Sundays 10:15a and 11:00a
  • Tuesdays at 6:15 am
  • Thursdays at 530a and 615a

Here are the beginner class types for ADULTS:

FIT: Training designed to build muscle, mobility, movement capacity and conditioning. NO BOXING.

  • Tuesdays: 6:30pm
  • Thursdays: 6:15am
  • Fridays: 8:00am
  • Saturdays: 9:30am

BOX: Focused on boxing basics and fundamentals. Beginner friendly.

  • Sundays: 11:00am
  • Mondays: 7:15pm
  • Tuesdays: 7:15am
  • Wednesdays: 6:15am, 8:00am
  • Thursdays: 7:15a, 8:30 m, 7:15pm
  • Fridays: 7:00pm
  • Saturdays: 8:00am, 8:45am

FIGHT+FIT: A combination of strength training and boxing training. Beginner friendly.

  • Sundays: 10:15am
  • Tuesdays: 6:15am
  • Wednesdays: 6:30pm
  • Thursdays: 5:30am
