My first sport was karate at age six - the goal was to be a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, which unfortunately never panned out. Growing up, I also played basketball, wrestling, football, and track. At Dartmouth, I ran the 110-meter hurdles and was the receiver for the football team. Lastly, I started boxing four years ago, working with coach Terrance Wood. My biggest accomplishments are graduating from Dartmouth, winning the Ivy League Championship, starting my own business, being a Regional Golden Glove Champion, and being an undefeated professional boxer.
I've had a few major turning points in my life so it's hard to identify which one was the most impactful. However, the main theme in each all has to do with my increased ability to believe/have faith in what I'm doing, but most importantly to have faith in who I am and who God has designed me to be. Most points of failure for me have happened in the midst of self doubt or succumbing to imposter syndrome. Once I get out of my own way, breakthroughs happen.
My passion lies in helping people live their best lives. I love guiding my clients through their fitness journey, almost as much as I love working out myself. As a Dartmouth graduate and former dual-sport D-1 athlete, I work to bring a well-rounded athletic approach to my training.
